英國五年一度的總理大選就要到了，各種競選活動也在網路上如火如荼的瘋傳，參選的政黨包括保守黨(Conservative)、工黨(Labour)、自由民主黨(Liberal Democrats)、英國獨立黨(UKIP)、環保黨(Green)
其中保守黨與工黨的權力過去大約各佔30-33％，但是這兩個黨也和台灣長期執政的兩黨一樣，有很多政治金援和舞弊的問題，所以讓許多選民遊走；而最近竄起的英國獨立黨以極端的政見吸引非常極端的投票者（主張英國的經濟問題都由於移民的入侵），但是卻讓一般選民看了搖頭大嘆。
這個網路上的影片便是擷取保守黨的領袖大衛卡麥隆(David Camaron)和英國獨立黨領袖奈及爾法拉吉(Nigal Farage)在各種公開場合演講的片段所剪接而成的饒舌，把這些以說謊為專長的政治人物永遠不會說出來的話，用蒙太奇的方式幫他們直白地把話說出來，不但有創意而且超級搞笑，為大選添加了不少趣味！

這段饒舌是出自於最近在英國國內才看得到的紀錄片－The Empepor's New Clothes ，也就是 "國王的新衣" ，由在美國和英國都非常火的羅素布蘭(Russell Brand)主導。這部片主要是在宣傳選民應該覺醒、合力終止非常嚴重的富人避稅現象，例如企業在避稅天堂設立分公司，合法地將在各國所有的營收都免稅入帳。其中被點名的大企業不驚訝包含蘋果、星巴克、Topshop等等。了解更多關於蘋果的銷售手法與資本社會的消費主義可以看這篇－ 讓我們不停的花錢的男人（們）
英國和美國的稅收年年增加，但是付越來越多稅的只有窮人，這種不合裡的法律造成貧富不均、社會不平等的現象，在這部片裡試圖用 "禮貌地激怒的方式" 來呈現（是不是非常英式？哈哈）

富人越富、窮人越窮，這個主題和我最近在MIT的課程The Global Poverty 全球化的貧窮不謀而合，因此我相信這個不是只是英國美國的問題，而是一個全球性的現象，因此能有人這樣地把問題用簡白提出來，對於正視問題的嚴重性有非常大的幫助。相信在台灣工作100年也買不起套房的80後、90後也早就意識到了，但是當選舉結束了，我們的滿腔熱血似乎又因為沒有人炒作而又淡了下來。維護人權的最後一到界線就是法律，如果連法律也保護不了人民的平等，那麼也許這是一個讓我們也開始重新考慮法律的起點。
